Judith Jones '45, longtime editor at Alfred A. Knopf, who championed the Diary of Anne Frank and the publication of Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking, has died. She was 93. 

Author and longtime Knopf editor Judith Jones '45, who helped launch Julia Child's career, and the late Dorothy Cousins '39, Child's sister, are both portrayed in , a new movie based on the cooking icon's life.
