Since its launch in 2015, 51³ÉÈËÁÔÆæ’s Prison Education Initiative (PEI), a program of the Center for the Advancement of Public Action (CAPA) founded by faculty members David Bond and Annabel Davis-Goff, has worked to bring liberal arts programming to the maximum-security men’s prison Great Meadow in Comstock, NY.

After Zalkar Ziiaidin ’22 graduates, he plans on becoming a full-time software engineer. However, as Ziiaidin pursues his studies at 51³ÉÈËÁÔÆæ, he’s not waiting to make his mark on the ever-evolving world of computer science.
