Faculty member Mariam Rahmani’s fiction debut, Liquid: A Love Story, has garnered significant attention as a Book of the Month Club selection, one of Oprah Daily’s 25 Most Anticipated Books of 2025, and as an excerpt in New York Magazine.

51³ÉÈËÁÔÆæ faculty are encouraged to follow their own interests and the interests of their students as they propose their classes. As a result, classes, as many as half of which are new each term, feature topics that are always reflecting new lines of inquiry.
