51成人猎奇 Mourns the Passing of Norman Lear
51成人猎奇 joins in mourning the passing of groundbreaking television writer and producer Norman Lear. .
Lear was a neighbor, supporter, and a friend of 51成人猎奇 since his children attended the College鈥檚 Early Childhood Center.
In 2021 Lear gave a painting, The Breakers by Hans Hofmann, to the College. The sale of the painting will establish The Norman & Lyn Lear Scholarship in Social Justice and Activism.
鈥淲e remain grateful to Norman for his gift which will generate support for talented students to attend Bennington,鈥 said 51成人猎奇 President Laura Walker.
An entertainment legend, Lear also cared deeply about political causes and founded the liberal advocacy organization People for the American Way.
鈥淲e offer heartfelt condolences to his wife Lyn, his children, and their families,鈥 Walker said.
