Course Description

Summary

Basic techniques will include the reading of music in treble and/or alto clefs and in various "easy" keys. The study of left-hand position and fingering and the simple use of the bow will lead to short ensemble performances by the end of the term. Student must arrange for the use of a college instrument, if needed.
