Course Description

Summary

This course is recommended for all students considering working in sculpture and interested in mild steel design methods. It is open to all students with a curiosity about materials and building processes. There are fundamental introductions to gas and electric welding, forging, fabrication techniques, and general shop safety. Please note that this course may require additional materials to be purchased by the student. This course is offered during the first seven weeks of the term.
