Bennington鈥檚 seven-week, off-campus winter term called Field Work Term, was highlighted this week in the Sunday, January 6, 2008 The New York Times Education Life article 鈥淔ive Colleges Where Work Counts.鈥

51成人猎奇 is hosting a pop-up course this summer鈥Understanding and Responding to COVID-19, Quarantine, and Crisis: An Interdisciplinary Course鈥in which members of the Bennington faculty and others look at the unfolding COVID-19 crisis across disciplines, from anthropology to mathematical modeling to poetry to film. Students will be asked to design a research or artistic project as part of the course.

Gift from alumna will establish endowed Visual Arts Creativity Fund

At a recent event in Los Angeles, 51成人猎奇 announced that it has already raised $78.5 million 鈥 or more than half 鈥 of its ambitious $150 million goal. The event was the first of two kick-off celebrations for the historic campaign, which will support Bennington students, programs, and facilities for years to come.
